Do I need a consultation before booking?
New color and extension guests must book a consultation. Consultations are required before booking extensions, highlights, blonding, vivid color, balayage, ombre, and color correction. They can be scheduled via online booking or the contact form.
For returning clients, you can still request color or extension services by filling out the form or calling us, and we’ll coordinate with your preferred stylist.
Should I use the form or book online?
Online booking is ideal when you know the service, date, and preferred stylist. Availability shows in real-time for eligible services (cuts, color, extensions, waxing, makeup).
Note: Color, extensions, and makeup services are not available to book online and require a phone call, email, or our contact form to arrange. If you’re unsure or need guidance, use the contact form to get help from our team before booking.
Can I schedule outside normal hours?
Yes! Please contact us 5 days in advance.
Where is Vibrant Star Beauty Bar located?
Inside the building called “Salons by JC,” room 19.

Can I book every service online?
Color, extensions, and make-up services are not available through online booking. Please book those services by email, phone or fill out the form above.
