We provide haircuts, hair color, highlights / lowlights, blonding, extensions, styling, blowouts, updos, professional makeup, and facial waxing at our Phoenix/Scottsdale beauty bar.

We are an appointment-based salon.

Same-day appointments may be available depending on stylist availability, but are not guaranteed.

Yes, but only if you contact us and we work out an agreement to set up an appointment.

Salons by JC front door has set hours of when they are open and you must contact us to be let into the building if locked.

Our call hours for booking and questions are between the hours of 10am-8pm any day.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment if another client is booked directly after you. Please let us know you are on the way.

If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the online scheduler. You have to contact us directly if you try to cancel online within 48 hours. Deposits for color services are non-refundable if you do not contact us.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee per the booking terms. Emergency situations may be considered for a fee waiver.

Any clients that have a no-call/no-show appointment will require payment in full before future appointments can be booked.

We offer redo options if the service isn’t satisfactory. Refunds are considered only if we cannot correct the issue.

If you are unhappy with your service, you must contact us and come in within 7 days for an assessment.

We will gladly redo the service if needed, but only if you return to us.

If another salon attempts to “fix” the service, our redo/refund policy no longer applies.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the salon.

Only certified service animals assisting clients with disabilities (such as guide dogs for the blind or service animals for mobility assistance) are allowed as required by law.

Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted under our building’s rental agreement.

Yes. Most of our color services and all extension services require you to book a consultation which can be done through our online scheduler.

Arrive with clean, dry hair when possible and bring inspiration photos. If you’ve used box dye or had recent chemical services, let us know during booking.

Yes. All color services require before & after photos for our records and documentation.

We gladly accept: Cash & All Major Cards through Tap & Apple Pay, Paypal (4 payment installment offered), Zelle, & Venmo.

Yes! We suggest professional products tailored to maintain your hair color, highlights, extensions, and overall style at home.

There is limited stock due to lack of space, therefore, we do custom product orders. We can contact you when we get it in or you can pick it up on your next visit.
